Clay Pumpkin Patch

Age Level: All Ages Experience Level: All Levels Come pick your own ceramic pumpkin and then carve it into a jack-o’-lantern! Hollow clay pumpkin forms are individually handmade by one of our teaching artists for you to come and carve – just like a real pumpkin! They will be in the “leather-hard” state, meaning that they are firm to the touch, yet soft enough to be carved with a knife. After being carved, the pumpkin will be dried and fired in our kiln to almost 2000 degrees. When you pick it up two weeks later, it will be a permanent jack-o’-lantern, safe for inside and outside use. Please read our Studio Policies. If a class or workshop is sold out, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Union Project is committed to being accessible to all.
