This is a hands-on experience in making classic chocolate truffles. SIGN UP here - $45 per person Each attendee will take home six truffles and the ganache made during the session, along with recipes for various types of chocolate ganache. Participants will learn how to make ganache and how to dip and enrobe truffles in chocolate or other toppings.
