Garden to Table – Herb Butter

Garden to Table Mondays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM June 8 – Herb Butter Join us for the last Garden to Table class of the spring season, as we prepare some yummy herb butter. Learn how butter is made, be creative adding in a herbs mixture of your choice, and plant your mini herb garden to take home. Enjoy quality time in the garden with your child/children as we explore the Edible Garden and all that it has to offer. Help us weed and water, plant, and harvest. We will prepare a simple snack with ingredients inspired by the garden. Appropriate for children ages 4 and up but all are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Sponsored by  Fee: $15/class per child for Members / $20/class per child for General Public Registration required by 1 day prior to each class
