Partner Program with the Adult School of Montclair Qigong Mondays, September 14 – October 26 (no class 10/12), 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Location: Van Vleck House & Gardens – meet at Raymond Education Center building Join us to explore Qigong in the Van Vleck gardens as we transition from summer to autumn. Learn to move with gracefulness and joy while remaining centered and rooted. This 6 week class highlights the gentle rhythms of Qigong by slowing down, listening and mind/body peacefulness. Come pay attention to your senses as we move with care, cultivate attention and let each breath carry us home. Registration opens Aug 27th.
