Scout Program: Insect Exploration

Scout Program – Insect Exploration   June 6th, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM  Calling all scouts! Have you ever wondered what critters are crawling and flying around the gardens? Discover what insects can be found in the gardens at our Scout Insect Exploration program. Learn about local insects and pollinators,draw and journal about the bugs you find with your fellow scouts, and take part in our wildflower meadow citizen science project.This program is open to all scouts of all levels, and would fulfill the requirements for the Brownie Bugs badge and portions of the Scouting America Insect Study badge. Fee: $10 per scout. Leaders/adult chaperones free of charge for this program, (minimum 2 chaperones per troop) Registration Information: -Registration by Troop Leaders only – No individual scout registrations To request a spot for your troop: 1 – Complete Information by clicking on the link below starting 2 – Payment link will be emailed to you as space allows on a first come first serve basis.
