This program provides a welcoming and supportive community for people of all ages and levels of fitness and ability — from beginners to experienced athletes. Each week, Coach Elisha will provide a recommended route and game plan that will enable you to get the most out of your journey. Stay at The Bay Route (Approx a 30-minute walk in the park – routes vary) Following your walk or run, keep your heart rate up with Bootcamp Fitness (8:00-8:45am); recover with Namaste at The Bay Yoga (9:00-10:00am); and/or enjoy a delicious breakfast at The Nest Café. Know Before You Go Bring a water bottle. Electrolyte tablets will be provided to help you stay hydrated. The Nest Café will open early if you want to buy bottled water or coffee beforehand. Free parking is located around the site and all parking lots remain open — along Blvd of the Arts and in front of the Van Wezel, Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas. Construction of the new Town Square (located between the Municipal Auditorium and Art Center) is underway and affects pedestrian routes between the parking lot along N. Tamiami Trail and venues west of Van Wezel Way (incl. The Bay park, Van Wezel, and Holley Hall). Signs are posted to direct you between these locations.
