Looking for a welcoming place to connect with other parents while your little one plays? Join us Monday mornings for Playgroup at OZ—a free community gathering for families with children ages 0–5. Enjoy toys, books, music, simple snacks, coffee, and plenty of time for children to play while parents and caregivers get to know one another. Playgroup is rooted in the values of kindness, community, and belonging. While hosted by Ohavi Zedek, it is designed for everyone. Jewish families, interfaith families, neighbors, and families of all backgrounds are warmly welcome. No synagogue membership or previous connection to OZ is needed. Our goal is simple: create a relaxed, friendly space where children can have fun and families can build lasting friendships. -Free play with age-appropriate toys and books -Coffee, tea, and light snacks -A warm, welcoming environment for parents, grandparents, and caregivers -An occasional story, song, or seasonal activity inspired by Jewish culture and the rhythms of the year Who: Families with children ages 0–5 When: Mondays from 10:00–11:30 a.m. First Monday of the month (October–December 2026): October 5, November 2, December 7 First and third Mondays of the month (January–March 2027): January 4 & 18, February 1 & 15, March 1 & 15 We begin with a once-a-month gathering in the fall to build community, then expand to twice-monthly sessions in the winter as the group grows and families look for more opportunities to connect.
