Sensory Storytime

A monthly gentle, inclusive storytime designed for children with sensory needs. Enjoy stories, songs, and movement in a calm environment with dimmed lights, soft sounds, and sensory-friendly activities. Perfect for children who benefit from a quieter, more flexible setting. Offered in partnership with Verona C.H.I.L.D. No registration necessary, all are welcome. The library’s Safe Child Policy states that children through age 6 must have a responsible adult caregiver within sight and conversation distance at all times. Children through 4th grade must have a responsible adult caregiver inside the library at all times. Students currently in 5th grade and up may visit the library without an adult and are responsible for following the library’s Code of Conduct.
