Ubunto Rising

Ubuntu Rising in partnership with Teens with a Purpose Ubuntu Rising is a culturally grounded wellness and healing series inspired by the African philosophy Ubuntu — “I am because we are.” The series provides restorative, arts-based, and mindfulness experiences that support emotional wellness, reduce stress, and strengthen community connection. Each gathering offers a welcoming space for the community to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others. Ubuntu Rising blends movement, sound, poetry, and music to foster belonging, cultural appreciation, and collective care. Each monthly event takes place in ViBe Park located at 1810 Cypress Avenue in the ViBe Creative District.
