LIVE: Hula Hi-Fi

Forget the haunted house. Hula Hi-Fi is taking Halloween somewhere a little further off the map, to a dimly lit tiki lounge where the cocktails are strong and the music is getting strange. Led by lap steel wizard Josh Kaler, this killer group of musicians digs into the 20th-century songbook, twisting old favorites into something entirely their own. Their originals take just as many unexpected turns, with plenty of psychedelic atmosphere and serious chops to back it all up. Come dressed for the occasion, grab a drink, and settle in for a Halloween night with a little more mystery and a lot better music. Paradise is calling, but something's not quite right.
