On Thursday, April 16th, guests will gather on our riverfront patio for a 6-course chef-curated dinner thoughtfully paired with Monkless beers barrel-aged in Roots Wine Company barrels, alongside the exceptional wines that were first crafted in those same barrels. This special evening celebrates the art of pairing, where Belgian ales and expressive wines meet seasonal ingredients in a menu designed to delight every sense, telling a shared story of craft, flavor, and collaboration. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM and features a seasonal progression of dishes, including: • Forest Floor Consommé with Oregon kombu, dried shiitake, and pickled winter vegetables • Ahi Crudo with yuzu ponzu and fermented chile • Triple-Cream Brie with fresh berries, hazelnut butter, and local honey • Spring Pea Agnolotti with brown butter and lemon • Snake River Farms Wagyu Sirloin with oyster mushrooms and black garlic–port jus • Milk Chocolate Mousse with candied Oregon walnuts and dark ale caramel Designed to be warm, social, and engaging, the evening celebrates how beer and wine can complement the same dish in beautifully different ways, all while sharing a table together.
