In Level I you will: • Receive your first Reiki attunement • Learn hand positions for self-healing and sharing with others • Explore Reiki history, principles, and meditation practices • Begin building confidence in working with Universal energy No prior experience required. Just bring an open heart and curiosity. Training is offered in-person , in a calm, quiet, and comfortable setting at Hanai in The Earth Room at 62430 Eagle Rd in Bend, Oregon.
