River Falls Race

Welcome to River Falls! Set in the heart of Bend, the River Falls 10K and 5K takes runners along the iconic Deschutes River Trail through some of the most scenic stretches of Central Oregon. This is the first trail race to utilize the Central Oregon Historic Canal Trail while also connecting the west and east sides of the river, creating a fun and dynamic course experience from start to finish. Both races begin and end at Riverbend Park, cruising along the wider, flowing trail on the west side before crossing the footbridge roughly 1.5 miles upstream. The 10K continues onto the Central Oregon Historic Canal Trail, featuring fast, runnable terrain before reconnecting with the east side trail, where runners will encounter narrower, rockier sections along the river.
