Free · Drop-in · Age: 8 and up. Create a small, one-of-a-kind mobile using local natural materials and glass beads. In this relaxed, drop-in workshop, participants can make a simple mobile in about 30 minutes. You’re welcome to bring your own natural elements—such as twigs, seed pods, leaves, or small stones—or choose from a selection provided. While visiting, you’re also invited to explore the exhibition, contribute to the immersive black-light installation Bloom, and take part in A Sense of Place in the main gallery. Don’t forget to bring a small natural element to add to the communal structure and leave a written or drawn note. No experience necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and make.
