New Year’s Eve at the Clubhouse A 21+ celebration featuring live music, a DJ, dancing, magician Alex Ramon, tarot readings, a 360 photo booth, open bar, dessert station, midnight toast and late-night bites. Midnight on the Edge – The Edge Restaurant & Lounge Enjoy an elegant five-course prix fixe dinner featuring elevated seasonal dishes, premium ingredients and a celebratory dessert in Edgewood’s signature fine-dining setting. Bistro at Midnight – The Bistro Celebrate with a festive prix fixe dinner in a relaxed upscale setting, with selections such as oysters Rockefeller, lobster bisque, surf and turf, Chilean sea bass and sticky toffee pudding.
