Pond Skimming at Heavenly Mountain Resort

@ On Saturday, April 3, 2027, Come see if you can make it across the pond! funky costumes are encouraged for this chilly tradition! Contestants attempt to ski or board across a pond of water on the mountain top! Come celebrate spring and see if you can make it across the pond or cheer on others as they skim or sink! At the base of the World Cup/Base of Tram area. (Note: Date is tentative and may change) The event brings dressed-to-impress skiers and riders in onesies and tutus together to celebrate spring and see if they have what it takes to ski down and skim across a small manmade pool. We’ll have great food, good drinks, giveaways, and more! Dress your best and meet us for the iconic pond skim. Registration: Morning of only!
