Admission is for the lecture only and does not include the Snyder Gallery or Hand Mansion. About the Presenter: Justin Cherry is a professional chef, historical baker, and the owner of Half Crown Bakehouse, a mobile operation based in Charleston, South Carolina. A lifelong living history enthusiast, Cherry combined his culinary expertise with a passion for 18th-century foodways to revive traditional baking methods using heritage and landrace grains.
