The Palmer Museum of History and Art, in partnership with the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and historian Katie Ringsmuth, invites you to celebrate America 250 at the Alaska State Fair. When? Friday, August 21 4:00–6:00 PM Where? Alaska State Fair Event Hall Enjoy an evening of history, conversation, and community as you: – Explore the Alaska Field of Dreams exhibit featuring exhibit materials from museums from around the state of Alaska. – Hear remarks and a special presentation by State Historian Katie Ringsmuth. – Visit outreach tables hosted by Alaska museums – Enjoy Cracker Jacks and peanuts!
