Abundance to Go is a seasonal pop up market at the Wallace House for you to: Purchase your favorite Abundance products like Tomato Compote, Garlic Smoked Salt and Lavender Sugar Pick up chef prepared dishes for a take out dinner Purchase fresh produce from the Wallace Farm Pre-orders for takeout meals will close at noon on Monday, December 8. Please place your to go order below. Pick up is from 3 to 6 pm at the Wallace House on Thursday, December 11. This month’s menu features chef Gabe’s favorite comfort foods for a cold day: Mushroom Miso Soup with kale, onion and garlic – $8 Brown Butter Grits made with corn from the historic corn plot and kale, goat cheese, poblano – $9 Chana Masala, chickpeas and a spiced tomato-based sauce served over rice – $10 Braised Beef French Taco (Chef Gabe’s specialty!), a flour tortilla filled with beef, French fries, harissa gravy grilled crispy and topped with Béchamel – $9 Greek Apple Cake – $6
