The Warbird Roundup is a two-day event featuring warbirds from across the country, all gathered in one place, where visitors can get up close and watch them fly! Our knowledgeable announcers educate the crowd about each warbird, including its history, interesting facts, and importance to our country. Visitors also get access to the Warhawk Air Museum, activities for adults and kids, and food trucks. Kids 10 and under are FREE with a paid adult. See our FAQ section below for more details! TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE! Speaker Guest speaker Kim “KC” Campbell is a retired USAF Colonel with 1,800 hours in the A-10 Warthog, including over 100 combat missions in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2003, Kim was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism after successfully recovering her battle-damaged airplane after an intense close air support mission. No pets – Trained service/support animals only. Feel free to bring a camp chair! Museum Parking Parking is available in the Museum’s parking lot and the dirt parking lot directly across Municipal. These lots will fill up quickly! Handicap parking: please view the provided maps for details. Additional Parking Options Mission Aviation Fellowship at 112 N. Pilatus Lane. It is about a half mile walk to the museum. Visitors must stay out of the fenced off airport – please do not cut through! The shuttle does not run to or from this location Saint Alphonsus Parking is available in Saint Al’s overflow parking lots. Two shuttles will run from the parking lot to the Warhawk from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saint Alphonsus Overflow Parking From Garrity Blvd, turn on to N Jacob Alcott Way or N Sister Catherine Way. New 2026 Parking Instructions There is no parking at the Warhawk Air Museum unless guests have purchased Flight Deck tickets. Flight Deck ticket holders receive on-site parking at the Warhawk Air Museum. Instructions will be emailed to each ticket purchaser prior to the event. All other ticket holders must park at the Ford Idaho Center at 16200 Idaho Center Blvd. Several air-conditioned shuttles will run continuously from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weather Flying is weather permitting. Expect it to be hot! Wear sunscreen and a hat and stay hydrated. There is no shade available while viewing the warbirds flying; however, guests can find shade and chairs inside the museum and other designated areas. There will be first aid stations available. What you can and can’t bring Guests are encouraged to bring camping chairs as outside seating is not provided. Limited seating is available inside the museum. Umbrellas and shade tents are not permitted as they block the view for other guests. Outside food and drink are not permitted. There will be vendors available and water fountains in the museum. Baby formula, etc., is permitted. Item Donations No item donations are accepted during events. If you are interested in donating items, please reach out directly to our curation team at saragarcia@warhawkairmuseum.org for more information. The curation team will not be available during the event. Can I purchase a ride? The Warhawk Air Museum does not sell rides in warbirds. Planes of Fame is offering P-51 Mustang rides during the weekend (not during the actual Warbird Roundup) All requirements, payment, and details are between the purchaser and the operating party. https://www.pofwarbirdrides.org/ If other visiting groups are offering rides, please visit their booth at the Warbird Roundup for details. Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed, except working dogs. Is the museum open? Yes! The museum will be fully available to Warbird Roundup guests. Flight Schedule The flight schedule is released a few weeks before the event, but is subject to change due to weather or maintenance issues, etc. The schedule is almost identical on both Saturday and Sunday.
