Beer Release: Biergarten Hero

With its origins in Cologne, Germany, Biergarten Hero is the beer-dictionary definition of the word crisp. Water's End's Biergarten Hero starts off with the VERY best European malts and hops and we add a little know-how and patience.  In traditional Kölsch tradition, we use a true Kölsch bier yeast strain and a fermentation regimen. Kölsch is a hybrid beer style, meaning that it uses ale yeast and is cold conditioned like a lager. The best of both worlds, if you ask us!
