A National Grid advocate will be on-site to help you explore options and determine your eligibility for assistance including the following: Energy Affordability Program (EAP) Payment Plans Budget Plan/Balanced Billing Special Protections No registration is necessary, just drop-in between 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Bring a current energy bill and any award letters for other assistance you currently receive.
