Join the library and sewing instructor Sarah Collen from The Troy Sew Shop for a 3-part series where you will learn quilting basics and walk away with a finished mug rug! All materials and instruction will be provided, making this a beginner-friendly class. Participants must be able to attend all three sessions: November 2, 9, and 16. Open to ages 16+. Registration is required and opens 30 days before the first session. Registering through the November 2 event page signs you up for all three sessions—you do not need to register separately for each date. Saratoga Arts made this program possible through the Community Arts Regrant Program, funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
