Find sanctuary before the holiday season at Waterfront Botanical Gardens. Settle Into Stillness returns November 18 for an immersive Sound Journey designed for rest, reflection and reconnection. Experience something new through a soundscape that may include handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice, percussion, strings and more. REGISTER HERE No yoga, meditation or Sound Journey experience is required. All are welcome.
