From Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie
The Waukegan Park District is hosting Pumpkin Volcanoes on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 6pm to 7pm at Nature’s Classroom, located at 2255 W. York House Road. Preregistration is required. It’s $4 for residents and $6 for nonresidents. Registration closes on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Participants will design and decorate their pumpkin before turning them into volcanoes and watching them erupt. Preregistration is required.
