Double Food Truck day! Chef Dan Romero (@catskillscookin) is a native of Northern California, the home of the slow food movement. His dedication to local and seasonal cooking is a perfect fit for the Catskills and its bounties. Romero is a weekly fixture at the farmer’s markets and maintains a working relationship with a number of farmers, ranchers, and producers in Schoharie and Delaware counties. His ultimate goal is to take the best ingredients the Catskills has to offer and bring them to the people, usually in sandwich form. The Dumpling Wagon will be here like always!!!
