Weehawken Dance and America’s Mattress Present: The Nutcracker – Remixed

@ THE NUTCRACKER ~ REMIXED December 9–13, 2026 | Montrose Pavilion Celebrate the holiday season with one of Western Colorado’s most beloved holiday traditions! Under the artistic direction of Natasha Pyeatte, Weehawken Dance proudly presents The Nutcracker ~ Remixed, a vibrant, imaginative take on the timeless holiday classic at the Montrose Pavilion. Each year, this enormous community production brings together more than 400 local dancers from Montrose, Ouray, Delta counties and beyond, filling the stage with everything from our youngest beginning dancers to Weehawken’s accomplished upper-level performers. While audiences will recognize the magic, music and characters they love from The Nutcracker, Weehawken’s Remixed production puts its own creative spin on the story, blending classical ballet with contemporary movement, jazz, hip hop, aerial and other dance styles. The result is a joyful, high-energy holiday production created for—and performed by—our Western Colorado community. With six performances featuring split casts, every show offers an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable dedication, growth and artistry of Weehawken’s dancers.
