A longtime fixture of the Boston music scene and a Beverly resident, Whitfield is known for his electrifying performances and powerhouse voice, often compared to legends like Little Richard, Solomon Burke, and Wilson Pickett. He has shared the stage with artists including Tina Turner, Robert Cray, George Thorogood, and Los Lobos, and has earned seven Boston Music Awards. Whitfield will be joined by an all-star lineup: Seth Pappas (drums), Sal Baglio (guitar, vocals), Jeff Giacomelli (saxophone), and Wolf Ginandes (bass).
