About this event
One of 6 upcoming events at West Baton Rouge Museum.
This year’s entertainment boasts a Halloween dance by the “friendly witches” of the Ogden Park neighborhood at 6:00 PM in front of the Juke Joint. Also dotted around the museum grounds will be featured entertainers by Circus Louisiana, including a stilt-walker, a juggler, and an aerialist, who will perform two “flow shows.” Additionally, Alyssa’s School of Performing Arts will feature a short skit with local performers. Bring your beach towels, blankets, and lawn chair to have the best possible viewing experience. Costumes are welcome, and please remember to bring a treat bag. From 5:30 – 7:30PM, trick-or-treaters can meet a fortune teller, go on a scavenger hunt, make shadow puppets, and so much more. This year we are bringing back some of our favorites like the pumpkin patch and costumed therapy dogs from the LSU Tiger HATS program! Free lemonade will be available while supplies last thanks to a generous donation from Raising Cane’s. Food will be available for purchase from the Bean Dip Factory and Sweet Abundance food trucks. This event is FREE and open to the public.
