Hands-on Zine Making as Translation art class in the Book Arts studio! One of the many definitions of translation is the conversion of something from one form or medium into another. During this workshop we will be translating one form of art into a mini zine! Bring any piece of art (painting, poem, song, etc.) you’ve made or are inspired by and we’ll spend the workshop making it into a zine with writing, drawing, and collage materials. The workshop is geared towards teens + adults. There is no prerequisite knowledge required. All materials provided. Things to note: • Makers of all skill levels are welcome.
