Matteo Lane: We Gotta Catch Up!

Matteo Lane brings his third international stand-up tour, We Gotta Catch Up!, to Wheeler Opera House in Aspen. Known for sharp wit, vibrant storytelling, musical ability, and artistic versatility, the Chicago native has developed a distinctive voice that draws from a life and career extending well beyond comedy. His first international tour, The Al Dente Tour, reached more than 100 markets and sold more than 100,000 tickets, while his Can’t Stop Talking Tour culminated at Radio City Music Hall and a stand-up special with Hulu. Named one of Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch,” Lane has appeared in Abbott Elementary, Survival of the Thickest, and Netflix’s Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution. Before entering comedy, he lived in Italy as an oil painter and classically trained opera singer. Fluent in five languages, he is also the author of Your Pasta Sucks, a USA Today national bestseller that reflects the eclectic talents behind his work onstage.
