Chicago Jazz Festival presents: The Whistler Jam

Each week, we present Chicago’s top jazz artists in a lively atmosphere, full of cocktail-shaking and spirited conversation — and on September 1st, we’re proud to partner with the Chicago Jazz Festival on a memorable night of live music. Dynamic rhythm section Matt Ulery (bass) and Quin Kirchner (drums) lead an open jam session welcoming any and all jazz musicians to join in. Whether you’re stepping onstage or settling in with a cocktail, The Whistler Jam is a place to connect with Chicago’s jazz community and experience the music as it unfolds.
