Saturday, October 17 For Grades 4-6 All About Owls, Including an Owl Pellet Dissection! 10:00-11:30am WHOOO… wants to learn about owls? Guest presenter Hailey Horan from Flanders Nature Center will amaze you with fun facts about these nocturnal birds of prey. Then, you’ll each get the chance to dissect a real owl pellet! We’ll discuss the 8 owl species that call Connecticut home and our live barred owl, Zelda, may even make an appearance! This is a drop-off program for children in 4th-6th grade. Meet in the A.B.
