This immersive tasting is designed for wine lovers who want to understand how great wine meets great meat. Guests will explore the science and art of marbling, learning what distinguishes true Wagyu from other premium beef, while discovering how fat content, umami, and richness shift the way a wine performs on the palate. Each course will be thoughtfully paired to highlight how different wine styles — from structured reds to unexpected surprises — interact with the intense, buttery character of Wagyu. Attendees will taste through a curated flight of selections chosen specifically to complement the richness of Wagyu, with each pour explained in the context of region, varietal, and winemaking style.
