Victorian Ghost Stories at the Bunnell House

In Victorian times, ghosts were viewed with a mix of serious scientific curiosity, spiritual devotion, an deep cultural fascination. Rather than being mere sources of modern Halloween fright, they occupied a space where mourning, religious doubt, and technological progress met, inspiring everything from family parlor tales to formal psychological research. Join Lacey Korb for Victorian Ghost Stories and their history in the Bunnell House parlor at either 2pm or 3pm. Take a self-guided tour of the house before or after the program. Space is limited. Register in advance by calling 507-454-2723 ext. 0. Admission is $5, free to members.
