Don Polo Mexican food truck will be here with us all weekend! They will be serving up authentic Mexican dishes including their Birria Tacos, fresh pulled beef on top of warm corn tortillas with cheese, onions, cilantro and a side of birria consomè (broth) to dip your Tacos in.
