Mystery Skulls & Fox Stevenson

On Tuesday, November 3rd the Community Center for the Performing Arts presents Mystery Skulls & Fox Stevenson to the WOW Hall. Mystery Skulls is the genre-blurring project of singer, songwriter and producer Luis Dubuc, fusing electronic music, dance, neo-soul and vintage disco into a sound built equally for headphones and packed dance floors. Launched in 2011, Mystery Skulls quickly gained momentum with the self-titled debut EP and breakout single “Amazing.” In 2014, Dubuc released Forever, the project’s first full-length album, which climbed to No. 3 on the U.S. Dance charts and featured collaborations with Nile Rodgers of Chic and Brandy on “Magic” and “Number One.” More than a decade later, Mystery Skulls has built a devoted global fanbase through a steady stream of releases, wildly energetic live shows and a fiercely independent, fans-first approach. Across the catalog, Dubuc pairs songs about love, loss, anxiety, hope and everything in between with irresistible grooves designed to keep people moving through it all. In early 2026, Mystery Skulls entered a new chapter with the release of Maximum Joy, the project’s seventh studio album, pushing its signature mix of shimmering synths, funk, soul and dance music forward while staying rooted in the emotional honesty that has defined Mystery Skulls from the beginning. With more than 100 million Spotify streams, hundreds of millions of YouTube views, and years of touring around the world, Mystery Skulls continues to turn deeply human songs into full-body dance music. Working outside the constraints of genre, he uses influences beyond dance music often tapping into his pop-punk upbringing. The results are songs that bridge different styles of music while always embodying the signature Fox sound – infectious, adventurous, and always full of charisma. And when this creative force comes together with Pat Lundy (Modestep) and Bruce Charles (Bustre/Konkai), the Fox Stevenson Live band is like nothing you have heard before. Fox Stevenson LIVE is an energetic trio of drums, guitar, and vocals that have brought their infectious live renditions for several sold out tours across the United States and Europe with stops on the international festival circuit along the way. “I love melodies, I love big drums, I love big bass, and I love singing over it, and that is the live band.” Of course, the accolades don’t stop there – over the last 15+ years, Fox has released on Spinnin’, Monstercat, Liquicity, Disciple, AntiFragile, UKF’s Pilot imprint, and many more, toured the world, earned huge industry support from tastemakers and peers, but most importantly, Fox has captured the hearts and imaginations of fans all across the globe. With music ingrained deep in his soul, Fox’s sound is constantly evolving, each release better than the last, and with no signs of slowing down, there is plenty more in store from Fox Stevenson.
