Senior Informative Presentations

Check out the West Shore YMCA's senior informative presentations during the month of November. Sessions are open to senior members and community guests at no cost! Registration is required to attend. You can register online below, over the phone, or at the branch. Monday, November 16 at 3:00 PM – AI and Health Literacy Participants will complete a short (5-minute) survey about AI and health-related information at the start of the workshop. Upon completing the survey, participants will receive a $25 Walmart gift card. After the surveys, the session will open with a discussion about AI and health literacy led by the Penn State Harrisburg AI Literacy Research Team. No prior experience with AI or technology is required to attend. Refreshments will be provided. Wednesday, November 18 at 11:30 AM – Medicare Open House Drop in anytime from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM for an informational and educational time where you can ask specific questions about Medicare changes that may affect you.
