Somatics & Magick

Your body already knows things your mind hasn't caught up to yet. Somatics & Magic is a 75-minute somatic movement class designed to wake up the systems that keep you feeling good from the inside out — your lymphatic flow, your nervous system, your fascia, your breath. No yoga experience required. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to show up and get a little curious about what's happening under the surface. We'll move, shake, breathe, and rest: working with the body's own rhythms rather than pushing against them. Expect fluid movement, intentional stillness, lymphatic activation, nervous system nourishment, and the kind of deep reset that reminds you what it feels like to actually live in your body. This isn't a workout. It's not a yoga class. It's an hour and fifteen minutes of coming home to yourself. Led by Dr. Kerry, Doctor of Physical Therapy and somatic movement educator, this class draws on the latest in body science and translates it into something you can actually feel.
