About Waterloo Gin Waterloo was born from a desire to create a gin that is both sophisticated and deeply rooted in place. Rather than follow the sharp, juniper-heavy profile of traditional London Dry gins, they sought to craft something more balanced—floral yet structured, bold yet smooth. Through careful distillation and an uncompromising focus on quality, Waterloo has created a gin that reflects the effortless beauty of its surroundings. Every bottle is a little piece of Texas. They distill with limestone-filtered spring water and a bouquet of Hill Country botanicals, striking a balance between bold and beautifully smooth. It’s gin with roots and refinement. Know Before You Go Time & Location: Meet us at 6 PM in the Auditorium, past the parking lot and back behind the Children’s Garden. Important Note: This event takes place in both the Garden Center Auditorium and Collection Greenhouse, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Garden Center Building, located at the back of the Garden’s horticultural area.
