About the Instructor Jené Sigl is a certified yoga instructor based in Austin, Texas, who began her journey in 2019 to find grounding during early motherhood. Her personal practice soon evolved into a deep philosophical commitment, leading her to earn her teaching certification in 2020. She believes yoga is an inclusive sanctuary for every body and strives to create welcoming environments that honor each student’s unique journey.
