Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, she draws inspiration from legends like Diana Ross, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday, as well as modern artists like Cleo Soul and Michael Jackson. Spaulding’s early musical spark came from her grandfather spinning James Brown records, and a Broadway show cemented her passion for performing. Her credits include appearances with the Lexington Philharmonic, the “Red Light Jazz Room,” and her one-woman show Hollywood Under the Vine — a tribute to 1950s and ’60s starlets.
