Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Wayne Escoffery is known for his powerful tone, technical mastery, and versatility. A longtime member of the Tom Harrell Quintet, he also co-produced several of Harrell’s acclaimed albums. Escoffery teaches jazz at Yale School of Music and is a former protégé of Jackie McLean. As a leader, he has recorded ten albums and tours internationally with his own group and the Black Art Jazz Collective.
