Charlotte Symphony Orchestra at the Anne Springs Close Greenway

The internationally acclaimed Charlotte Symphony Orchestra (CSO) returns to the Anne Springs Close Greenway for an outdoor concert featuring winds, brass and percussion. Resident Conductor Christopher James leads a program of spirited fanfares by CSO trombonist Thomas Burge and Aaron Copland alongside richly scored serenades by Dvořák and R. Strauss. Admission to the concert is free for Greenway members. Standard daily admission fees will apply to non-members ages 3 & up. Food and beverages will be available onsite for purchase. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets. No glass, tents or outside alcohol is allowed. Bags and coolers will be checked. Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome to attend; please remember to Leave No Trace. The concert will last approximately 75 minutes and there will not be an intermission.
