Seasonal Intentions Workshop

Join us for a Seasonal Intention Workshop, a gentle and creative experience designed to help you realign your mind, body and goals with the natural rhythm of the season. Through light movement, mindfulness and guided reflection, you’ll set meaningful intentions and create a personalized craft to take home—a lasting reminder and tool to help you stay connected to your intentions all season long. Leave feeling centered, refreshed and inspired for what’s ahead. Enjoy a seasonal beverage—like specialty coffee, tea or kombucha—while connecting with others in a relaxed, nurturing environment. No yoga mat is needed – just bring yourself! All are welcome! Ages: Ages 12 and up. (All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.)
