Summer Cooking Camp–Culinary World Tour (Teens 12-16 Years Old)

Class Description: This series combines creativity with basic culinary skills as teens explore bold flavors and cooking techniques from around the world. Each day highlights a different region—diving into braising, marinating, pan frying, sauce building, dough shaping and balanced seasoning. With guidance from our chef instructor, teens will build confidence in knife skills, flavor development and global cooking methods in a fun and relaxed setting. Daily Menus Day 1: Asian Taste Tour China: Butter-Soy Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry Korean: Kimchi Pancakes Japanese: Seared Tuna Sushi Rolls & Smashed Cucumber Salad Thai: Mango Sticky Rice & Thai Iced Tea Day 2: Traditional Italian Fresh Pasta Handmade Ricotta Herb Tortellini with classic Bolognese Sauce Chicken Sausage & Handmade Cavatelli with Pesto Sauce Italian Chopped Salad Day 3: Mexican Street Eats Baked Shredded Chicken Tacos with Salsa Verde Rajas Tacos with Lime Crema Mexican Rice Homemade Flour Tortillas Churros Day 4: Spanish Comfort Food Paella with Chicken & Chorizo Sausage Patatas Bravas Ham Croquetas Gazpacho Day 5: Mediterranean Mastery Gyro Souvlaki Pita Bread- from scratch Greek Orzo Salad Greek Chicken Meatballs Tzatziki Sauce What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students (in groups of 4-5), sharing work stations in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Classes are 5 hours.
