Movies That Matter

Waquoit Congregational Church will host a screening of three short films about mental health challenges and resilience: In Recovery Diaries, a young woman recreates her schizophrenic voices and hallucinations; Rat Tail tells the story of an insecure boy overcoming depression and bipolar disorder; and Small Things/Big Difference offers an illuminating, sweet look at what actually helps. After the films, a discussion with the audience will be led by Jacqueline Lane of NAMI Cape Cod, a chapter of The National Alliance on Mental Illness. FREE. No registration is required.
