Too Many Tomatoes: Cooking Presentation Saturday, August 15, 2026 | 4:00 – 6:00 PM Adults (Ages 16+) Cost: $65 per person REGISTER FOR TOO MANY TOMATOES WORKSHOP HERE About the Workshop Is there such a thing as too many tomatoes? Not if you know what to do with them! Join us on the CSA Farm where an abundance and variety of tomatoes are grown. In this workshop, participants will learn recipes and techniques for preparing and preserving their tomatoes all season long. Together, participants will be harvesting, preparing, and tasting 3 delicious, yet simple, tomato-based recipes. Chef Jill Hamill is a passionate chef and educator, working at Eastern Suffolk BOCES as a Food Preparation instructor and at Suffolk County Community College as a Professional Assistant in Culinary/Baking classes.
