Story Time

Recommended for ages 7 years old and under + families Calling all future scientists, techies, engineers, artists, and mathematicians to Story Time!  In this Story Time, families with young children are invited to listen to a fun and engaging story about connecting with themselves and the world around them. For this story time, we will read Happy A Beginner’s Book of Mindfulness by Nicola Edwards. This poetically-written introduction to mindfulness touches upon the most important aspects of life–feeling, discovering, smelling, listening, and all the things that bring the world to life. With every soothing read and practice, children are better equipped to understand and control their own emotions…and discover an appreciation for the beautiful world around them.
