Join us at the farm with Pam Thompson, owner of Bella Luna and resident floral designer, as your guide for a hands-on autumn wreath and centerpiece workshop. Using freshly harvested foliage ranging from redwood, fir, cedar, juniper, and pine to sweet bay, evergreen huckleberry, colorful willow, dogwood branches, berries, cones, and more, you’ll create your own striking seasonal decorations to welcome family and friends over the holidays. All materials are provided, and after our creations are finished, we’ll gather for a cozy fall-inspired lunch with warming libations and a sweet treat. At each Class on the Farm you will get the chance to enjoy Bellsong Creamery cheeses, sip a glass of something special, and gather around a beautifully prepared meal. Pam, the owner of Bella Luna Farms, is a true polymath and the founding cheesemaker behind Bellsong Creamery. At Bella Luna, she leads the creative vision for the farm, overseeing everything from seasonal floral and event design to the culinary experiences and immersive gatherings hosted on the property. Pam is also the founder of Parterre, a high-end landscape firm known for sculptural, layered gardens. A seasoned cook with a love of Italian tradition, she brings people together around vibrant, rustic meals — whether for intimate guest experiences, family-style gatherings, or larger celebrations.
